Online Courses: OHOA 2026

Open Hands Open Access (OHOA) DeafBlind intervention courses are short courses (approximately 7 hours) that increase professionals’ and families’ understanding of how to intervene for deafblind individuals. Mississippi-Florida cohorts are learning groups that study and discuss three topics per six-week session.  First-time participants must register for a new Cohort and begin with three introductory topics: Overview of DeafBlindness; Sensory Systems, Brain & Learning; and Building Trusting Relationships.
