Technical Assistance

The Florida and Virgin Islands (FAVI) Deaf-Blind Collaborative can provide person-centered “technical assistance” to enhance the supports of children and young adults with deaf-blindness. Technical assistance may include phone and email consultations, as well as site visits to homes and/or schools. With family or adult consent for exchange of information and records, individualized technical assistance may be provided to teams, educators, and professionals serving children and young adults with deaf-blindness. The FAVI Deaf-Blind Collaborative can also provide person-centered assistance to families affected by deaf-blindness.

Please contact the FAVI Deaf-Blind Collaborative to inquire about individualized technical assistance.
